Halaveshia H. Appointed Head of HR at The DDC Group

DDC Group named Halaveshia H. Head of Human Resources, adding depth to its leadership team. In this new position, Halaveshia will lead HR functions in the DDC Group, which continues to support its thousands of clients through workforce strategy and people-first solutions as a global BPM firm. 

Halaveshia has over ten years of strong HR experience in the field. She was most recently at RoadSafe Traffic Systems as a Talent Development Manager, where she was instrumental in coordinating performance and leadership development. Previously, she was an HR Business Partner at RoadSafe, where she demonstrated her talent in employee engagement and compliance by working with field teams.

Halaveshia brings experience from her previous positions as an executive with Loomis US and The Home Depot in talent management and operational leadership during her eight years in those businesses. She also served dual roles as Chief of Staff and HR Consultant at LIGHTHOUSE CHURCH AND MINISTRIES, where she reorganised HR and developed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Halaveshia is also a dynamic advocate for women’s empowerment. As the Co-Founder of Meeting in the Ladies Room Women’s Seminars and the creator of a 30-day women’s prayer devotional, she brings her professionalism and purpose-driven leadership.
