Upon completing the Axis Bank course, participants are awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). In the one-year Axis Bank Young Bankers Program, aspirants would gain the skills, knowledge and confidence required to have a successful career in the banking sector.

The ABYB program is divided into three phases: 4, 3 and 5 months of training each. 

First 4  Months – Classroom Training

• Graduates and postgraduates from any stream who earn 50% or more in their final year of graduation OR an aggregate of 50% or more in all years of graduation, can participate in the ABYB program. 
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation/post-graduation who have appeared for their examination and are awaiting results are also eligible for the Axis Bank Young Bankers Program. However, the candidates must submit the final year mark sheet and degree certificate when joining the academy. 
• The graduation degree of the 10+2+3 pattern is compulsory. 
• Candidates with relatives working in the Axis Bank in accordance with the bank’s ‘Relative Hiring Policy’ are not eligible for the Axis Young Bankers Program.
