
Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group has appointed Amit Singh as the Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The announcement is an important signal that ASK has continued to develop a people-first culture as it enters the next chapter of its growth and transformation phase.
Amit Singh has 20-plus years of HR-related experience. He has served in various HR leadership roles, most recently leading transformation programs for PNB Housing Finance, SBI Funds Management, and IDFC First Bank, among other companies. Singh has strong experience creating agile, high-performance cultures and driving large-scale talent strategies.
Sunil Rohokale, Co-founder, CEO & MD of ASK Group, stated that Singh’s leadership will be instrumental in building a culture of “innovation, excellence, and purpose.” Singh noted he is excited to help advance ASK’s cause and build an inclusive and progressive working environment.

Amit has an MBA, is an ICF-certified coach, and has been recognised as one of the “Global 200 Power Leaders in HR 2024”, along with other accolades.
