Mahrlene Styffe Appointed as CPO at Tridorian

Tridorian is pleased to announce that Mahrlene Styffe is the new Chief People & Culture Officer, bringing 20 years of expertise in handling people, culture and HR in top technology companies worldwide. At Tridorian, she will be responsible for employee well-being and ensuring the organisation keeps expanding as a top Google Cloud partner and AI consultant.

Before joining Tridorian, Mahrlene Styffe was the Senior HR Manager for the Nordics at Devoteam G Cloud. Here, she contributed to bringing together business groups from different regions, supporting the adoption of regular collaboration systems and promoting HR values. During her leadership, she supervised initiatives to hire and maintain valuable employees in addition to serving on the company’s leadership committee.

She was once the Learning and Development Manager at Devoteam Group in Paris, where she was in charge of several global activities, including organising a single onboarding system, introducing custom career paths and implementing a programme to increase employee satisfaction among the company’s staff in 10,000+ positions spread across 20+ countries.

In that position, Mahrlene was responsible for the entire people and culture function at Devoteam Cloud Services and helped design and implement their “people first” approach for their international teams in Europe and Asia. She was in charge of developing HR processes and frameworks for performance engagement initiatives for employees and improved methods of communication within the organisation.

As Global Recruitment Manager, she led the hiring process to fill European and Asian cloud teams, designed the main hiring tactics and helped set the team’s culture as the startup began to expand. Before working at Devoteam, she was responsible for recruitment at Avalon Innovation, Tieto and Telia Data AB, she developed a solid background in recruitment, providing support for systems and the operations of the organisations.
