Nathan Quailey Joins The Do Collective in Strategic Leadership Role

The Do Collective has appointed Nathan Quailey to a newly created senior leadership role, reporting directly to Founder and Director, Ben Walker. Quailey will help drive the agency’s strategic direction, commercial performance, and creative influence. He’ll also champion the agency’s core philosophy—focusing on what brands do, not just what they say—and foster a culture that empowers bold, effective work.

Bringing over 30 years of brand growth and strategic leadership experience, Quailey has worked with top-tier brands, including KFC, Vodafone, Coca-Cola, Hyundai, and ING. He’s also served as a non-Executive Director at Close to Home Media and Forbidden Foods, where he played a key role in business growth.

His impressive career includes nearly 15 years at Ogilvy Australia, where he held key positions such as Chief Growth Officer, General Manager, and Business Director.

Ben Walker shared his enthusiasm: “It’s a real coup to welcome someone of Nathan’s calibre. His strategic mindset, leadership experience, and results-driven approach will be a huge asset as we scale globally.”

Quailey echoed the excitement: “It’s an incredible time to join The Do Collective. The independent agency space is thriving, and I look forward to using my experience to help the team grow, build client relationships, and drive success.”
